Hot Apple Cider Chai

  • 4 teaspoons of loose chai tea
  • 4 cups of water
  • 8 cups of organic unfiltered apple cider

Place the tea and water in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Add apple cider and simmer.

If you prefer a sweeter version, add honey or maple syrup to taste. Serve and enjoy! Remember to make lots-it will go fast! Recipe provided by Lee-Ann Chevrette from Boreal Forest Teas.
