Super Baby Popsicles

- ½ banana
- 1 handful of berries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup breast milk or whole milk for toddlers (if they prefer sweet) or lemon juice (if they prefer tart)
- 1 tsp. flax seeds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. hemp hearts
Blend all your ingredients in a blender or food processor and pour into a small popsicle tray and freeze. Before popping one out, run warm water over it for a few seconds to loosen the frozen goodness.
Leftover puree can be served fresh or freeze it in an ice cube tray or silicon mold for later.
