Easy Homemade Crackers

Make your own crackers in just minutes. This recipe only takes about five minutes to prepare.

  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1/6 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary, or 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary or ½ tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions: Mix flour with sesame seeds, salt and seasonings in a small bowl. Blend olive oil and water and pour into flour mixture. Blend well and form into ball. Place dough on sheet of parchment paper and roll out to fit cookie sheet. For thicker crackers roll out to half the size of a cookie sheet. Lift parchment paper onto cookie sheet and cut into crackers. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Add about five minutes baking time if making thicker crackers.
