Morning muesli

This simple breakfast idea nourishes from head to toe, takes very little effort and makes a perfect breakfast for people on the go, whether traveling or enjoying as a quick meal before a morning meeting.

Plus, you can jazz it up with a variety of ingredients.

Muesli

4 tbsp oats

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

2 tbsp almonds, chopped

2 tbsp buckwheat groats (optional)

  • Optional: add chopped dates, figs, dried apricots, prunes, shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Blend in about 1 tsp raw honey until fully combined. Serve with nut milk. Cashew milk is a tasty treat.

Make a larger batch by mixing all the dry ingredients into a jar. Then, just prior to serving, blend in the honey.
