• 14 oz can black beans
• ½ cup salsa
• 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
• 2 tbsp cilantro (optional)
• ½ tsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend slightly, leaving a bit of texture to the beans. Toast bread and spread bean mixture on one side. Top with zucchini and avocado, or other desired toppings.
